Established in 2024 by Directors Rhys Mundy and Bill Mundy, AMA aims to deliver a suite of
services to investors looking to enter the Australian Agricultural Sector

that can be developed or managed into profitable operations

Rhys being young, vibrant and enthusiastic for the future of Agriculture in Australia brings more than a decade of
agricultural management experience, contacts and knowledge to overall project success 

Bill having worked across numerous industries provides a diverse skill set suited to managing stakeholder relations,
governance and business development activities.

Achieving sustainable and profitable agricultural operations, effectively managing investments, fostering successful business partnerships, and ultimately contributing to the growth and prosperity of the Australian farming and agriculture sector.

  • Property Ownership

    Property ownership entity (POE) – The ownership of the property/ies will rest with the primary investor/s. Sourcing of the property/ies can be achieved by the entity or the management company for a finder’s fee. The POE is liable for the costs of the development.

  • Agri Management

    The management entity will undertake the overall project management and delivery of the redevelopment. Sourcing labour, equipment and materials to enable to swift redevelopment to occur. The AMA assumes the risk for the completion of the project on time and budget.

  • Resource Entity (RE)

    Resources entity (RE) – The delivery of labour, equipment and resources will be undertaken by the resource’s entity. The RE assumes the risk associated with hiring adequate human and equipment resources to meet the needs of the development overall.

  • Bill Mundy

    Bill is a results-oriented professional with a diverse background spanning telecommunications, IT, HR consultancy, and agriculture. In 2024, he established B Mundy & Associates, focusing on supporting agricultural, energy, and local government sectors. With a proven track record, Bill has successfully sourced government and industry funding, raising $30M for various commercial and educational projects.
    He has also contributed internationally, conducting research on global institutional responses to the wind energy sector as part of an International Specialised Skills Institute Fellowship. Bill has supported state and federal government agencies in developing Clean Economy jobs reports and continues to provide advice and advocacy to organizations like the Victorian Skills Authority and SEC, facilitating the growth of the wind energy sector both domestically and offshore.

  • Rhys Mundy

    Rhys possesses decades of experience managing large mixed farming operations in Western Victoria, overseeing cattle, sheep, and cereal enterprises with annual revenues exceeding $10 million AUD. He played a pivotal role in the development of corporate farming operations, emphasizing multi-stakeholder relations, transparency, and accountability.

    In 2023, Rhys founded Agri Development Services, focusing on whole farm development, leveraging his comprehensive understanding of farming operations, technology, and methodologies to enhance profitability and efficiency.

    With a vast network in the agricultural sector, Rhys offers advisory services that contribute to the success of agribusinesses.
