Property ownership entity (POE) – The ownership of the property/ies will rest with the primary investor/s. Sourcing of the property/ies can be achieved by the entity or the management company for a finder’s fee. The POE is liable for the costs of the development.

The management entity will undertake the overall project management and delivery of the redevelopment. Sourcing labour, equipment and materials to enable to swift redevelopment to occur.

Resources entity (RE) – The delivery of labour, equipment and resources will be undertaken by the resource’s entity. The RE assumes the risk associated with hiring adequate human and equipment resources to meet the needs of the development overall.
